Phase 1: Crumb rubber, MRP And Furnace Ready Steel

In our initial phase, we offer 1-4mm crumb rubber with  99% purity guarantee. This versatile material is perfect for playground flooring, asphalt and road construction, and artificial turf. We also provide MRP (Micronised Rubber Powder) used in tyre factories, active filler in TPE's, asphalt and much more, finally furnace-ready shredded steel, completely free of impurities like rubber or fibres, making it ideal for any product requiring steel in its manufacturing. Phase 1 reaches a landfill diversion of 99%

Phase 2: Carbon black, Industrial Fuel And Synthetic Gypsum

Looking ahead to Phase 2, our continuous pyrolysis process will yield primary end products of high-quality carbon black, industrial fuel and Synthetic Gypsum. Our carbon black is milled down to a high standard of 1250 mesh, and our industrial fuel meets all Australian standards. Byproducts like syngas are reused within our systems, and the sulfur removed from the syngas is used to create Synthetic Gypsum sold to farmers to enhance soil health, gyprock companies and much more, completing our sustainable cycle. Phase 2 reaches a landfill diversion of 98.5%
