On-site decanting & removal

Our expert team comes directly to your site across Australia to efficiently decant and remove used conveyor belts. We handle all logistics, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free process from start to finish, regardless of the belt's size or location.

Phase 1 Shredding and Magnetic separation

Phase1 puts conveyor belts through an advanced recycling system . Here we shred the conveyor belts down to raw materials such as, high-quality crumb rubber, MRP and furnace-ready shredded steel, during this process the crumb rubber will become 99% pure, MRP will be placed into correct mesh groupings and the furnace ready steel will be cleaned to the high standards required, providing valuable resources for a circular economy and reducing landfill waste.

Phase 2 Continuous Pyrolysis

Once Phase1 is complete, the crumb rubber and MRP can be diverted into phase 2, here the crumb rubber is heated around 400 to 500 degrees and transformed further into valuable materials such as, Recovered Carbon Black, industrial fuel and Synthetic Gypsum. These are highly sort after in Australia and globally.
